The highlight of the tour is a visit to the unique vinsantaia, a rare and fascinating room dedicated to the production of Vin Santo, a renowned dessert wine. Here, you’ll learn about the traditional methods of drying grapes and the intricate process that creates this sweet, amber-hued delicacy. Throughout the tour, you’ll also have the chance to taste some of the winery’s finest wines, each sip offering a reflection of the history, culture, and passion behind every bottle.

The farm, which was originally a monastery, keeps the beautiful historical cellar intact. A building of great artistic impact once used for food storage, then transformed into a cellar over the centuries. Here the historical barrels are still preserved today.

The visit starts from the highest part of the farm – the vinsantaia – right under the roof as per tradition. Then, going downstairs, you will reach the level of the fermentation and aging cellar. Finally, you’ll visit the historical barrel cellar, which is now the farm’s barrique cellar.

After the visit, you will taste local wines accompanied by a typical Tuscan board.
