Begin by meeting the delightful Alpine Chamois dairy goats, who graze freely on Tuscan pastures rich in wild herbs and aromatic plants, infusing their milk with exceptional flavors that shine through in the farm’s artisanal goat cheeses.

After a visit to the goat shelter, you’ll settle into a cozy spot overlooking the vineyards and enjoy a tasting of these exquisite cheeses, paired with fresh, rustic bread. As you savor each bite, the cheesemaker will share the art and traditions behind every flavor, from milk to aging. A glass of local wine rounds out the experience, making this a perfect, immersive taste of the Tuscan countryside.
